Who Can Participate?
Anyone is welcome! There are no restrictions on your level of ninja experience !
There will be two adult-sized courses for ages 13 and up and a youth-sized course for 12 and under.

Break-down of the days:
Individual Competition Details:
Our big individual Ninja Warrior competition days will be Friday and Saturday! The top adult male and adult female will be invited to a luncheon with Arnold Schwarzenegger and winners from other sports on Sunday at 12 pm, so we will finish our individual Ninja competition Saturday at 5:30 pm! Sunday there will be team competitions and skills challenges.
Friday and Saturday we will have competitors run in waves. Please come to the course 15 minutes before your wave time (unless you sign up for the 9:30 am wave and aren't allowed in beforehand).
Adult Competition Rules:
- Friday
- Ninjas (adults & youth) compete all day in 2 hour waves.
- There will be 2 identical adult-sized courses and a separate youth-sized course.
- Saturday
- Ninjas (adults & youth) compete in 1 hour waves until 3 pm. At 3 pm, the top 8 adult males and 8 adult females will be announced to compete in the finals.
- The youth winners will be announced between 3 and 3:30 pm.
- Adult finals, as a double-elimination head-to-head tournament, start at 3:30 pm.
- Sunday
- The over-all male and female ninjas will be invited to the Arnold Luncheon at noon.
- Skills Challenges: 3-4 skill stations, separate challenges for youth and adults
- Team competitions: 3 person teams with separate adult (13+) and youth (5-12) competitions
- Adult/teen teams need to have at least one male and one female on each team
- Youth teams need the total of the ages to be 27 years or less but no gender requirement

- If you complete the course, your time will stop when you hit the buzzer.
- If you do not complete the course, your time will be counted by your last completed obstacle.
- After buying your first run, you are welcome to buy additional runs (see below) to try to get a better time, or to get more practice on the course.
- On the adult courses, the top 8 male and female times (furthest the fastest) will continue on to the finals at 3:30 pm on Saturday March 7th. They will race each other side by side (males vs males, females vs females) in a seeded bracket with double elimination to determine the overall male and female winner.

Extra Runs: $10 per run
- Only people who have bought the initial registration run will be eligible to purchase extra runs. You will receive an email explaining how to purchase extra runs.
- You may purchase extra runs online February 1 through noon on March 3rd. You can buy extra runs at the course, if there are time slots available.
- If you register after January 31st, eligibility for extra runs will occur within a day, but is not automatic. Allow 1 day.
- You can sign up online for 3 runs in each wave, other than the last wave on Saturday. The software will not allow you to sign up for 3 identical runs, so select from the "a", "b", and "c" runs for that wave.
- You will only be allowed one extra run in the final wave on Saturday.
- We reserve the right to cap the number of runs per competitor.
- Your extra runs can be in earlier waves than your registration run wave.
- Each hour has a limited amount of extra runs, so we recommend you buy them early!
- Pre-registration for extra runs ends at noon on March 3rd.
Prizes:

Steps To Sign Up For Our Competition:
**You do not need to buy a ticket for the Arnold Sports Expo if you are competing on the course and have pre-registered (by Feb. 24). See item 6 above. Here is the link for tickets to the Expo if you have friends or family coming. Ages 14 and under are free if they are accompanied by an adult with a wristband. No strollers are allowed.*
**** All runs & events are non-refundable! If you absolutely cannot make it, we can transfer your registration or runs to another person if you contact us by February 20th. Thank you in advance. ****
- If you are registering a child or multiple people from one family, please follow the instructions in the section below first!
- Register for our Ninja competition by picking a "Registration and Run" wave time below and signing up. Within 10 hours after your initial registration online you should receive an email. If you don't see the email, check your "spam" or "promotions" folders. Important updates will be sent out by email!
- Sign a waiver- Use this link or the button at the bottom of this page. Everyone who gets on any course will be required to sign a waiver. If the participant is under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Check out the map of where we will be. (This is considered an Event and is not listed in the booth or exhibitor lists. It is listed on the schedule for the festival)
- Check out other information about the Arnold Sports Expo!
- Bring your ID with you to the Arnold Ninja Competition so that we can verify your name and age. This applies whether you pre-register or sign up at the course.
- Pick up your Arnold Festival Wristband- If you pre-register by Feb. 24th, pick up your Arnold Festival wristband, your run packet and any goody bags in room TBD at the Greater Columbus Convention Center during the Arnold Sports Festival. (See map ) We will send an email with instructions to everyone who registers. You will need to have your ID and your waiver signed. We will not be accepting new registrations in this room. If you pre-register after February 24th but before noon on March 3rd, you will still pick up your run packet in this room.
- Train hard and smart and we'll see you 15 minutes before your wave time, if not earlier!

These runs are not eligible for any prizes.
