Steps To Sign Up For the Team Competition at the Course:
- Sign a waiver- Use this link or the button at the bottom of this page. Everyone who gets on any course will be required to sign a waiver. If the participant is under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Check out the map of where we will be. (This is considered an Event and is not listed in the booth or exhibitor lists. It is listed on the schedule for the festival)
- Check out other information about the Arnold Sports Expo!
- Train hard and smart and we'll see you 15 minutes before your wave time, if not earlier!
- Bring your ID with you to the Arnold Ninja Competition so that we can verify your name and age. This applies to everyone on the team.
- Come to the course at least 15 minutes before the wave time you want. One member of the team will purchase the team competition registration, including one run for your team, at the course.
- Register your team at the course: We will need the names of the team members and ages. Once a team has registered at the course, no members can be changed unless they are injured. (In case of additional team runs.)
