    • Pre-K (3-5 and potty trained), Youth (5-12) and Teen/Adult (13+) classes available.
    • Classes include warm-up, conditioning, skills, and cool-down.
    • Trained instructors help you learn and improve.
    • Classes are split by age/size and skill level.

Philosophy

All classes are led by MLab certified instructors. The classes are both fun and progressive. There is also a strict system of rules in place to assure the kids have a safe and disciplined experience. The atmosphere is encouraging and welcoming regardless of age and physical background.
