Schedule and Price

Weekends:
Our weekend parties are private parties designed to host up to 30 participants. You will have exclusive use of the gym space during your first hour and a half, while lead by two or more instructors while on the gym floor. Followed by 1/2 an hour in the party room.  These parties are for ages 5 and above (please email [email protected] if with questions about younger siblings).

Saturday Times:

• 12:30-2:30pm
• 2-4pm
• 3:30-5:30pm
• 5-7pm​​​

Sunday Times:

• 11am-1pm
• 12:30-2:30pm
• 2-4pm
• 3:30-5:30pm​

Birthday Party Prices (including booking fee):

• Up to 10 participants: $325
• Up to 15 participants: $375
• Up to 20 participants: $425
• Up to 25 participants: $475
• Up to 30 participants : $525

​*If you have 1-2 extra participants: $20 each. If 3 or 4 extra participants, your party jumps up to the next level. 
Examples:

• For 12 participants: $365; for 13 participants: $375
• For 21 participants: $445; for 24 participants: $475

**Members (with at least a one month membership) receive a 10% discount on birthday parties.

Party types

​Pick up to two party types for our private parties! 

Games: Participants will play a mix of different fun parkour games. Some of the games include: Floor is Lava, Obstacle Challenges, and an M Lab Original-Grinch! 

Ninja Warrior: We will design a course for any age or skill level. The participants will learn the obstacles before getting the experience of running the entire course! 

Open Gym: Instructors will monitor and assist participants as they play on our ninja obstacles, parkour equipment, foam pit, and trampoline.

Booking & Booking fee

Booking Process:

1. Check Availability: Review the online calendar for available time slots.
   • Grayed out: Already booked.
   • Dark with time: Available.
2. Log In/Create Account: Log in to your existing account or create a new one (membership not required).
3. Provide Party Details: Fill out the custom fields in your profile with your party information.
4. Pay Booking Fee: Pay the $100 booking fee to secure your reservation.

Important Booking Information:

• Staff Member: Do not change the assigned staff member (e.g., MLab Ohio 4). This ensures the time slot is properly blocked.
• Booking Fee:
  • The $100 booking fee is non-refundable.
  • It will be applied to the total party cost.
  • Date changes made more than 2 weeks before the party can transfer the fee.
  • Date changes within 2 weeks require a new booking fee.
• Specific Staff Requests: Contact the gym before booking if you want to request a specific staff member.

**Party registration will involve creating an account, but you don't need to become a member.  Online booking closes 6 days before the party slot. You can contact us by email or phone to see if there are any last minute openings.

​Invite your Guests

When you invite your guests, ask them to fill out the online waiver ahead of time so you don’t have to use party time waiting on people filling out their waivers.  If any parents of children at private parties want to be on the gym floor, they should also fill out a waiver for themselves.

* Remind people to wear athletic shoes and socks so they can run around the gym comfortably.

What You'll Find and What You Can Bring:

• Food and Beverages:
  • You are welcome to bring any food or drinks you'd like for your party. We want you to customize your celebration!
• Decorations:
  • Feel free to personalize the party room with your own decorations. Just make sure they are easy to put up and take down quickly, so we can get the room ready for the next event.​
• Dining Tables:
  • We provide four 6-foot buffet tables, giving your guests plenty of space to eat and enjoy their food.
  • If you need plain paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils, just let us know, and we'll provide them for you.

• Party Room Setup:
  • We have a refrigerator and freezer in our employee breakroom that you can use for items like ice cream cakes. Please make sure to label anything you put in the fridge or freezer.
  • There's a sink available for your convenience.
  • The party room comfortably seats up to 30 guests.
• Entertainment and Connectivity:
  • The party room has a TV with access to internet apps like YouTube and Facebook, perfect for playing music or videos.
  • We also offer local and a few basic cable channels.
  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the gym, so everyone can stay connected.
  • You can also view the gym area through our security camera system from the party room.

Party Rules: Ensuring a Safe and Fun Experience:

• Age Requirements:
  • To participate in the gym activities, children must be 5 years old or older.
  • We do allow 4-year-olds to participate, but a parent must be present and actively supervising them throughout the entire party.
  • There's no upper age limit, but we ask that everyone participates within their physical capabilities to prevent injuries.
• Parent Involvement:
  • The primary focus of the party is for the children and participating adults to have fun.
  • Parents of children attending the party are welcome to try a few of the obstacles, but they must first fill out and sign our smart waiver. This ensures everyone is aware of potential risks and agrees to participate responsibly.
