Ninja Warrior Classes
Our ninja classes are designed for individuals who want to try obstacles and learn how to do them efficiently! We offer separate options for youth (5-12 yr.) and teens/adults (13 yr. and up). A class consists of:
Be sure to fill out our waiver before attending class. You can watch the rules video at home too! It's a good idea to contact the gym by email or phone to reserve a spot if it's your first time. Regulars can use the website or app to reserve a place in class.

Ninja Lite Class (Ages 13+)

This class is designed for anyone who wants to try Ninja obstacles. The focus for this class is on safety, fun, and beginner skills. Meet some great new friends that also want to grow and challenge themselves. Join us to work on classic obstacles such as:
Ninja Lite counts as a regular class for members or for drop-ins. There are also multi-session packs available.
