Open Gyms

Open gym is a chance for clients new and old to use the gym to practice skills from class, break Movement Lab records or try obstacles for the first time! Open gym is supervised by our instructors. Some open gyms are for ages 5 and older, some are for teens and adults. A few open gym times are reserved for team members only.
