Our big Ninja Warrior competition days will BE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY! The top male and female will be invited to a luncheon with Arnold Schwarzenegger and winners from other sports on Sunday at 12 pm, so we will finish our Ninja competition Saturday at 5:30 pm!
Friday and Saturday we will have 1 hour waves running until 2:30 pm on Saturday. Please come to the course 15 minutes before your wave time (unless you sign up for the 9:30 am wave and aren't allowed in beforehand).
Competition Rules:
- Everyone gets 1 run by signing up for the initial entry fee.
- If you fail an obstacle, you are done.
- If you complete the course, your time will stop when you hit the buzzer.
- If you do not complete the course, your time will be counted by your last completed obstacle.
- After buying your first run, you are welcome to buy additional runs (see below) to try to get a better time, or to get more practice on the course.
- The top 8 male and female times (furthest the fastest) will continue on to the finals at 3:30 pm on Saturday March 2nd. They will race each other side by side (males vs males, females vs females) in a seeded bracket with double elimination to determine the overall male and female winner.

Extra Runs: $10 per run or 3 for $25
- Only people who have bought the initial registration run will be eligible to purchase extra runs.
- Eligibility will occur within a day, but is not automatic. Allow about 10 hours.
- Within 10 hours after your initial registration online you should receive an email with instructions and the discount code for a 3rd extra run. If you don't see the email, check your "spam" or "promotions" folders.
- The registration software will only allow you to sign up for one extra run per wave. If you want to have more runs in the same wave, you can email the gym before noon on Wednesday, Feb. 27, and we will try to accommodate your request. This will be a slower process and we can't guarantee there will be slots available.
- You can buy as many runs as time allows except that you will only be allowed one extra run in the final wave on Saturday.
- Your extra runs can be in earlier waves than your registration run wave.
- Each hour has a capped amount of extra runs, so we recommend you buy them early!
- You can buy extra runs at the course, but only if there are time slots available.
