We're excited to kick off Season 8 of the World Ninja League by hosting a double header competition on Labor Day weekend 9/3 and 9/4! Each day will have separate courses which means there are 2 chances to qualify for regionals and earn points!
Saturday's competition will feature a Flow Course: Athletes attempt multiple obstacle series in a course. The athlete that makes it the furthest through the course without failing an obstacle will be ranked the highest. (how WNL has traditionally been run) Sunday's competition will feature a Full Course: Athletes attempt every obstacle series in a course within a given time limit. Athletes will be ranked by their performance on each obstacle series in the course. (new this season!) |
Things to know for WNL competitions:
- Only a Certified Coach can follow an athlete while they run through a Qualifier Course
- The top 3 unqualified males and females in each age group will qualify for the Midwest Regional which will be held at our gym in May 2023.
- For both days, athletes will continue the course until they finish or run out of time.
- Scoring for the flow course will stop after the athlete's 1st fall.
- Scoring for the full course will continue until the athlete has finished or run out of time.
- The Elite division is intended only for the strongest competitors and will feature the most challenging obstacles. Anyone meeting the age requirement that has not already competed in another division this season can register for the Elite division.
When: Age by January 1st, 2023 determines age division!

*Refund Policy: Purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to come due to extenuating circumstances (injury, death in the family, etc.), contact the gym and we will credit your purchase toward a future comp/event at our gym.
**Competitor Cap: To ensure we stay on schedule each day we will be capping the total number of non-elite competitors each day to 150! We will keep an eye on registrations and update this page accordingly!
Elites:
- Early Bird $75 for 1 day, or $120 for both days before August 1st
- Starting August 1st, $80 for 1 day or $135 for both days
All other age groups:
- Early Bird $65 for 1 day, or $100 for both days before August 1st
- Starting August 1st, $70 for 1 day, or $115 for both days

Coaches and Spectators:
- Athletes in the Kids, Mature Kids, Preteens, Teens division will receive 2 free spectator passes for their wave
- Spectator passes are $5 for 1 wave, $15 for a day pass, and $20 for a weekend pass
- Coaches and competitors do not need a spectator pass

Additional Info:
- Ninja Works Athlete ID / NNL Waiver: Competitors must have both a Season 8 WNL waiver and their 6 digit NinjaWorks Athlete ID to register. Both of these can be found on the WNL homepage: https://worldninjaleague.org/
- Season 8 NNL Waivers are not available yet. We will update this page when they are.
- Competitors will also need to have our gym's waiver filled out which can be found on our homepage
- Redemption Time is included in the schedule. It’s a time for athletes to go back and try obstacles from the course after their division has ended.
