​World Ninja League (WNL) World Championships (June 23-25, Greensboro, NC)
Top 8 will qualify to their Home Regional Championship

MLAB Ohio will have a ninja course at the 2023 Arnold Sports Festival inside the main expo hall! This is a huge international event with thousands of people attending.
Parents will need an Arnold Expo ticket to enter and watch and youth need to be with an adult with an Expo ticket to enter.**

-Kids (6-8 yrs old on 1/1/2023), mature kids (9-10), and preteens (11-12) will have competition waves on Sunday in the normal World Ninja League format. The course will be modified for youth on Sunday.

• Youth registration will include 2 runs, a T-shirt and a medal. The initial price for registration is $90. The price will increase by $10 on JAN 15 & FEb 10! There will be a cut-off deadline for this registration of February 15*.
• Competitors will be allowed to run the course twice during the wave and the faster time will count. Although the recorded time will be based on the last completed obstacle, the youth will be allowed to use the time limit to continue on the course for fun.
• Kids' wave is 10 am - noon, Mature Kids: noon - 2 pm, Preteens: 2 pm - 4 pm on Sunday, March 5
• There will be awards for the top 3 competitors in each division.
• This will also count as a WNL qualifier as described above.

*If there are open slots on the day of competition, competitors may sign up then, only including the two runs.

Steps To Sign Up For the Sunday Competitions (for ages 6-12):​

1. Sign 2 waivers- Use the button at the bottom of this page for the Arnold Ninja Classic waiver. Everyone who gets on any course will be required to sign this waiver. If the participant is under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. You also need to sign the WNL waiver if you have not done so for Season VIII. 
2. Have a NinjaWorks ID- Use your current ID if you have competed in NNL, RNL or WNL competitions since 2018. You can find your ID with this search. If you have not competed before, use this link to create an account.
3. Sign up for your age division-
   • If there are multiple family members registering or you are registering for a minor, please see our FAQ site.
   • Select the age division from this calendar link.
   • Log in. Select the correct family member to register! (Please email the gym if you accidentally register the wrong individual or the wave is incorrect.)
   • Edit the competitor's profile to include the NinjaWorks ID and T-shirt size (under Custom) and save changes.
   • The email address is important! More information will come to you by email.​
4. Check out other information about the Arnold Sports Expo!  (The Ninja Classic is listed under Strength Sports.)
5. Parents, bring your ID with you to the Arnold Sports Expo so that we can verify your child's identity. 
6. Train hard and smart and we'll see you 15 minutes before your wave time, if not earlier!

**Here is the link for tickets to the Expo.  Ages 14 and under are free if they are accompanied by an adult with a wristband. Sunday admission is $25 + fees and 3 day passes are $70 + fees, through January 11. Adults may also sign up for the 13+ comp and get the 3 day pass included.
No strollers are allowed.
